In these 50-minute, one-on-one sessions, we focus entirely on you. Whether you need to move, talk, or both, our holistic approach meets you where you are. We listen deeply, understand your goals, and guide you toward the next step — grounded in care, connection, and proven strategies.​
RELATIONSHIP/COUPLES THERAPY
These 70-minute, two-on-one sessions give you and your partner space to slow down, listen, and really hear each other. Through a blend of proven approaches, we work together to address what’s happening right now while building a stronger foundation for the future — one conversation at a time.
